Ruth Orr, who lives at Rollands Plains, has been a client of home care since early 2023, receiving help with some domestic cleaning and transport.

“I live with my daughter and her husband, who has health issues of his own. They help me as much as they can, but I am grateful for my Home Care service, which allows me to retain a bit of independence and helps me get to appointments when they can’t take me,” says Ruth.

“I wasn’t sure they would come out to Rollands Plains, but I was surprised and happy when they said they could.” Ruth is pictured, looking lovely after a trip to her hairdresser, in front of the town Christmas tree in Port Macquarie.
