St Agnes' Care and Lifestyle - Donnelly House

Community Housing

This service links tenants to specialist support services and various wraparound services.

St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle’s Community Housing Program provides secure, long-term accommodation to those in need and links to specialist support from other community organisations including crisis, Home Care and disability NDIS.

Currently, St Agnes’ Catholic Parish has 48 social housing properties. These tenancies are focused on supporting people with disabilities, vulnerable women and individuals with mental illness. The program provides social welfare for the tenants on a needs basis which includes regular 1:1 supports, welfare checks, advocacy, referrals and regular social group activities.

The allocation of property is based on need and any additional eligibility criteria. Further information and applications are available for collection from Donnelly House.
