Another St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle service has received positive results for an accreditation audit with our Community Housing service achieving a successful compliance determination for re-accreditation to May 2025.

Congratulations to Sue Blain, Manager of Community Housing and the team that supported her across the Parish to make this happen.

The National Regulatory System Community Housing evaluates services across seven performance outcomes including: Tenant and Housing Services, Housing Assets, Community Engagement, Governance, Probity, Management and Financial Viability.

St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle’s Community Housing manages 48 properties and serves 62 tenants in Port Macquarie and Wauchope.

Tony Leahy, CEO St Agnes’ Catholic Parish says this result, together with the outstanding results across Aged Care, NDIS and Early Education audits, demonstrates our excellence in delivering outstanding care to those we serve.

“We should be very proud of our collective dedication as it is through the continued hard work and commitment of all staff who lead and deliver direct care along with the support from our support services including the Quality, Property Services, Finance, and Governance teams that we have been able to achieve this level of success,” says Tony.

“It is our priority to ensure that we continue to comply with all standards under which we operate our services whilst also continuing to review areas where we can improve the care we provide to those we serve,” he concluded.
