A vacancy exists at IMAGE House, which is St Agnes Care & Lifestyle’s supported independent-living accommodation service, providing disability supported living for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

IMAGE House in Port Macquarie provides 24-hour active support, seven days a week, allowing clients to experience independent living in a supportive environment with trained staff. The team of staff work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised care plan that meets each person’s unique needs and goals.

A freshly painted room with ensuite, new flooring and blinds, and a ceiling hoist in place for bed to ensuite transfer, is available now for an applicant who meets the funding requirement (see below).
