St Agnes’ Village

Our St Agnes’ Village offers mostly one to two-bedroom villas with a limited number of three-bedroom villas available from time to time.
Residents can enjoy a strong sense of community and security, with an emergency call system in place 24 hours a day.
The village is relaxed and quiet with no through traffic and is surrounded by tidy, well-maintained gardens.
We offer a range of facilities and activities where residents can get together, including:

Lourdes Village
Convenient, quiet retirement living at Lourdes Village
Lourdes Village offers two-bedroom villas, all with garaging under the same roof. An emergency call system is in place 24 hours a day for peace of mind.
The facilities include a well-equipped community centre and barbecue area. Residents also enjoy planned outings, bus trips and special functions with guest speakers. The quiet location makes Lourdes Village a convenient option for retirement living.
The village is located less than two kilometres from the centre of town and Settlement City and the Growers Market complex is within a five-minute walk. There are a range of facilities and activities where residents get together including:
