2 We will provide you with information about types of accommodation on offer, financial requirements, facilities and services to help you make a fully informed decision.

3 Decide which village you want to live in and if you match with an available villa, a fully refundable deposit will secure the villa of your choice.

4 Our Retirement Living Client Relationship Officer will support you through the paperwork required to complete the Retirement Village Contract. Your solicitor and our team then begin the process of settlement.

5 When you and your solicitor have vetted the detail, you will sign your Retirement Village Contract and Disclosure Statement containing relevant information about your villa and village life. Welcome to our Village community!
