St Agnes’ Village has its own community centre, the Tenison Woods Centre. This is an easy meeting place to catch up with friends, share in a game of cards, or read from the library. Socialise with like-minded neighbours, share a meal, cook a barbecue, or enjoy the weekly coffee shop.
An annual membership to the University of the Third Aged (U3A) is offered to all Village Residents. Participate in one of the many classes available and enjoy something you may have always wanted to do.
We provide a free local bus service for your convenience. Hop on the bus for a lift into town Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 10.30 am, and return between 1 pm and 1.30 pm. You may choose to go to Settlement City or Port Central Shopping Centres. An additional bus trip is available to residents three times a month, visiting a variety of enjoyable local spots.

Lourdes Village is conveniently located, situated close to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, beautiful beaches, parks, and picnic areas. You can easily access local amenities and attractions, whether it’s exploring local shops, enjoying a delicious meal, or taking leisurely walks in nature.
