Parish employees Colleen Banks and Kristy Morgan (Residential Service Managers) and Tahlia Vicary (Clinical Safety and Quality Manager) attended Ageing Australia’s state conference in Sydney in late June 2025. The conference was a great opportunity for them to network with other industry professionals and to hear about regulatory updates, gain insights into best practice, and the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in aged care.

Colleen, Kristy and Tahlia say the conference was an excellent chance to connect with peers, and from a forward planning perspective, a very valuable experience.
